As is well known already by you, Charles II never received any call from Raul Aldana (director of Disney Character Voice for Latin America) to negotiate their participation in the dubbing of Woody in Toy Story 3. Carlos Segundo tried 3 times closer to Raul Aldana, the same that we only escaped and decided to seek a similar voice for trailers (progress) Toy Story 3, using Braulio Sosa, but the film needed an actor who not only interpret the character, but the voice cloned.
